Founder & Executive Director

Anita Williams is a strategic leader, community connector and program-development professional committed to building stronger pathways between underserved communities and the resources they need to thrive.
As Founder and Executive Director of The Bridge Collective Foundation, Anita leads the organization’s vision, program strategy, community partnerships and regional expansion across Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and Florida.
With more than 13 years of professional experience in accounting, operations and organizational leadership, Anita brings a strong foundation in structure, financial stewardship, program coordination and sustainable growth.
Her community-health leadership experience has strengthened her ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives, build trusted partner relationships and create programs that connect communities with preventive care, health education and supportive resources.
Anita is known for identifying gaps, bringing the right people to the table and transforming ideas into organized, high-impact programs.
Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that access can change outcomes and that strong communities are created when information, opportunity and trusted resources are brought directly to the people.
Through The Bridge Collective Foundation, Anita is building an organization centered on collaboration, health equity, strategic partnerships and measurable community impact.
